All products are made in New Zealand

Q. When can I expect my order?

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be packed and to receive your shipping notification. Due to Covid Level 4 there may be delays
 

Q. How long do your products last?

We recommend using our products within a year of opening. To ensure product quality, store your products in a cool, dry place. 

Q. What ingredients do you use?

We source pure therapeutic grade essential oils and where possible 100% organic ingredients. Our products are free from parabens, sulfates, dyes, synthetic fragrance, or unnatural preservatives. You can view specific ingredient information on each product page.
 

Q. Do you test your products on animals?

Absolutely not. We never test on animals, all of our ingredients are also cruelty-free. 
 

Q. Are your products vegan?

Yes, all ingredients are plant-based and vegan friendly.

Q. Can Baby Bath Oil be used as a massage oil for baby?

NO, Bump & Co Baby Bath Oil should be diluted in the bath. We have a Baby Massage Oil that is perfect for your wee ones massage.
 

Q. Are your products suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Our products have been developed after extensive research and testing. To be extra cautious, the dilution ratio we use is much lower than is generally required for cosmetic use for adults and baby. If you have any concerns, consult your healthcare professional.

Q. What if I have sensitive skin?

We recommend that you patch test first or consult your medical practitioner before using any new skincare product.
